Meet and mingle with your fellow BPC members over a free light breakfast. Bring a pond friend. Learn what role you can play in improving pond conditions. Share your ideas on what to focus upon in the year ahead during a post-breakfast discussion session facilitated by BPC board member, Dawn Walnut. Saturday, February 27th from 9-11am at the Brewster Meeting House’’s Fellowship Hall on 1969 Main Street (Route 6A) Brewster. Your input and participation are vital in shaping the BPC’s direction. The Brewster Ponds Coalition Wants Your Art!

Amateur and professional artists – of ALL ages – are invited to share their fresh water pond artwork: photos, paintings, collages, sculptures, poems as part of the What is a Healthy Ponds Art Fest taking place at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History on March 12th. To submit your work, contact Dawn Walnut at [email protected].

Susan Baur, aka "The Turtle Lady," will be participating in this creative exploration. Susan's book, The Turtle Sisters of Cape Cod Pond has rapidly become a children's classic.
