Your membership is the BPC's primary funding source, and your support ripples throughout the Brewster community, helping to preserve our beautiful ponds in so many ways:

• Fostering Brewster’s next generation pond stewards with the Grade School Pond Education program
• Protecting Brewster’s townspeople, visitors, and wildlife from cyanobacteria—a potentially harmful blue-green pond algae—with the Citizen Scientist Pond Monitoring Program
• Helping Brewster neighborhoods—like The Save Blueberry and Sol's Pond group—with their local pond preservation with technical advice, information and financial resources
• Educating Brewster households about pond friendly practices—like landscape design and septic system management—to protect water quality.
